Meguell spent quite a while with us as we were determining which insert we wanted. Then he and William did a great job on the installation. They took great care to cover all surfaces while they prepped the current fireplace to receive the insert. Then they cleaned up the exterior of the chimney and sealed it. Before he left, Miguel made sure we knew how to run it and maintain it. We are very pleased with our new fireplace.
